QA Auditor – Ensure compliance, quality, and continuous improvement in key departments

We are looking for a QA Auditor who can independently evaluate our processes, ensure compliance with standards, and support a culture of continuous improvement in our production environment.
About the Role
As our new QA Auditor, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on quality audits across production, warehouse, and procurement operations. You will assess compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with the QA Team Lead, you will help strengthen our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, but also the ability to work independently and objectively when conducting audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and perform internal quality audits in accordance with the QMS and ISO 9001 requirements
- Conduct process, product, and system audits across production, procurement, and warehouse operations
- Assess compliance with documented procedures, IPC standards, and customer requirements
- Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions (CAPA, SCAR follow-up)
- Document audit findings, prepare reports, and present results to management
- Identify process improvements and contribute to updating quality procedures and work instructions
- Support incoming, in-process, and final product inspections as needed
- Participate in supplier audits and evaluate supplier performance
- Assist in maintaining audit schedules, records, and QMS documentation
- Contribute to training activities related to audit findings and quality best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance, internal auditing, or quality control in a production/assembly environment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IPC standards (auditor certification preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and objective approach
- Ability to clearly document and communicate findings in both written and visual formats
- Skilled in identifying non-conformities and proposing practical improvements
- Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams
- Proficient in English and Danish (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
